This really is a great programme and this is the second time they will run it following the huge success of the first programme. The course Director is highly respected and this really will be an invaluable addition to any Manager or Leaders portfolio.
This next programme starts in May and consists of 3 modules. The PG Certificate in Professional Coaching is a part-time professional coaching qualification that is designed with professionals in mind to empower success in the demanding 21st century. The course will provide an opportunity for participants to be introduced to, analyse, and critically reflect upon the many different coaching approaches, tools and interventions, that are used in the modern day organisational environment as well as the opportunity to build the required coaching hours, complete written submissions and receive support towards gaining accreditation by the Association for Coaching.
Underpinned and informed by research in the coaching profession, the programme team is comprised of experienced practitioners with professional coaching and commercial backgrounds. The skill and knowledge base of the team allows connections to be made with practical applications and ‘real world’ problems.

There are also a couple of scholarship places available, offering a 50% discount on fees – criteria below, application in form of a CV must be received by end of January. You need to be able to demonstrate one or more of the following:
Experience in a coaching / leadership role
Experience of working within a helping profession e.g. providing coaching, counselling, therapeutic or wellbeing support
Demonstrate prior qualification and/or knowledge of human psychology and relevant applications in a professional setting
Demonstrate voluntary, pro-bono or charitable applications of their coaching skill
Have a track record of strong academic performance (such as 1st class honours degree, MSc/MA level qualification, PhD) – desired not essential
Be wholly or partly self-financing and/or work for a not-for-profit organisation
